Just Listen

Listening, not just hearing, but listening, is a really difficult thing to do. There’s so much talking going on the chatter becomes background noise – it’s so easy to put your head in the sand and block it out, especially if it’s boring or not what you want to hear. What’s funny about that is that even if you’re not listening, somebody is…maybe a lot of people are.

When it comes to your product, your company, or your brand, you can’t afford to ignore the chatter. Everybody is talking to everybody about everything all the time. Customers are gaining more and more influence over your image – seems like it makes sense to hear…no, listen…to what they’re saying.
